I received three quotations for the project. John Moore's group was the most professional, and detailed in explaining the process and the treatment and why they recommended the treatment. The sales rep even made sure my wife sat with him so he could explain everything and answer any questions. The technician that arrived was very professional, explaining each step and why he was doing it. He worked consistently and we were completely satisfied with the entire job.

The work done was excellent. It was timely and professional. But it was unreasonably expensive.
Like anyone in this business, service men take advantage of customer’s “poor” state of mind.
My dining roof was leaking. After we determined that it was because of a leaky toilet upstairs we just turned it off. It stopped the leak and there was no more emergency. But since I had taken a day off I went ahead and decided to replace the toilet. Along with that I also decide to prevent future leaks, replace the connecting pipes and taps of the other several toilets at cost of $139 each. Responded quickly. Technician very personable and professional. Thought estimate was a little high at first, but seeing work that was involved (tight clearances, parts involved, etc.) it seemed fair at the end. One year guarantee on the work is great. Would use them again.
