We received an immediate response to our query for a new DVD install into our existing home entertainment center as well as an upgrade for our universal remote. We got advice over the phone to aid us in purchasing the correct equipment and Randy and Gene showed up right on time to do the work...they even returned to help us figure out one of the remote settings and readjust our sound settings.
