I had a drainage problem along the side of my house, so Wes came over (at the scheduled time) and took a look. He saw right away what the problem was, and explained to me exactly what they could do to fix it.
The work was done as scheduled and at the agreed-upon price. We've had quite a bit of rain recently, so I've been able to observe that the new drainage trench is functioning as intended. Instead of pooling by the house and damaging my siding and foundation, the water now runs down the trench and away from the house.
The project went very smoothly, and I'm happy with the results.
