He did an overall good job at my house. The only problem that I had was I thought he charged $25 an hour as oppose to $125 an hour. This made the bill quite high. It took much longer to complete the job because he had to work by trial and error on a lot of programming. It would not be a problem at $25 an hour but learning on the job at $125 an hour is quite high. Most people that I have hired in the past would work say 6 hours and comp 2 if there was learning involved in the process.

Wow! Gave Harmony One w/Installation from Save Custom Installations to my husband for Father's Day. Did a Google search which brought me to ServiceMagic site. Kid you not, within 10 minutes of my request for a contractor to contact me, I heard from this company! Very helpful providing info, pricing was fantastic and installation went without a hitch. Installer even arrived a bit early! We've gone from 3 very confusing remotes to one. I would without hesitation recommend this RARE company - they do know the definition of customer service. Kudos to you Save Custom Installations!
